Dylan New Outfit and Update

Dylan says "Hi Everyone" ...

• My this daddy busy with work till never post about my udpate ....
• Is Dylan very big baby? or should I say big boy?
• Yve bought a new costume outfit for Dylan ... actually is a swimming suit.

• Dylan says "I am 8 months old and going to be 9 months old soon ... I got my 7th teeth growing now. I can speak Papa, Mama, mun mun thou I don't understand wat it means."

• Brought Dylan a big swimming pool at Yve's friend condominium at Metropolitan Square, Damansara Perdana ...
• Gosh, the moment Dylan sees water, he is so excited and can't wait to jump into the pool. Instanly, he make some new friends and the kids will shout, GIVE WAY! GIVE WAY!, baby is swimming here.

Duck food at Restoran Hoppy at Bandar Puteri Puchong

Love the Hanging Duck signage board ...

• Heard and recommended by people about this Duck Restaurant ...
• Me and Yve plan to give it a try ... since we both are duck meat lovers ...

• First thing, lots of fan blowing and is cooling ... good for dylan and babies who dine at here.
• Very clean environment ... like it ... comes to the food menu ... better let Yve make the order call.
• Below is what we have ordered ... check it out ...

• This duck is cooked with herbs ... very strong herbs taste and we both love it. The sauce is a bit salty but is nice to eat with the rice.

• Yve ordered crab porridge ... very tasty too ... but we preferred the Canton-I porridge ... still one of the best porridge in my list.
• We ordered the Cantonese Fried Yee Mee ... came in a small plate but was filling enough. I would say the Cantonese FYM was taste normal and nothing special bout it.

• Here is one of the food hunting by me, yve and baby Dylan to a local Duck restaurant. I would say the food taste good overall. And guess what, I brought my Parents In Law here the following week ... they liked it too but complaint the food portion is small.

Baby Exhibition @ Midvalley and Strudels

Motherhood exhibition and was super crowded ...

• The moment, I stepped into the exhibition, I need to fold up the stroller else you will not able to move. Secondly, me and yve feel so stuffy and a human traffic jam in there.
• Decided not to walk further cause Dylan starts to sweat ... just bought some babywipes ... very cheap!

• Lazy to do window shopping, we went to Strudels ... been many years did not eat their food and drink their coffee ...

• Feel so comfortable and relax when sit at here and slowly sip my capuccino ...

• Till then, can't wait for tomorrow weekend ... can rest and play with Dylan ... recently he starts to say MAMA ... hahaha ... Yve so happy ... cause all the while he only say PAPA ...

Dylan First TV Commercial audition

Ready, Camera, Action ...

• I have submitted a contest picture last time to a contest ... the alien head one ...
• Months later, received an email from the Ads agency ... to ask if Baby Dylan able to attend their TV commercial audition.
• Told Yve bout it and she say is ok, just go for fun and for the experience ...

• It was my first experience to be part of the audition too ... they will test your baby activeness, smile and adaptibility to stranger who carries him.
• Dylan passed all well ... anyway, dun think will get it cause many cute babies out there ... for me and yve, it was a good and enjoyable experience ... thanks to Mr. Mark & the team for the chance given.

Lunch at SS4 ... Seafood Noodles ...

• Stumble upon this chinese restaurant near to the agency. And once again, forgot bout to take the restaurant name ...
• Feeling hungry after the audition ... my mind is about food only ...

• Can say is the most expensive noodles I have eaten from a food court ... but it was real good. The seafood was fresh ... one bowl cost RM 8 depending on ur seafood selection yeah!
• I share this with Uli, she said she ate a Seafood Noodle RM 22 per bowl before ... ok, guess it is not to expensive anyway ...

• I will come back for this for sure ... will ask them to add fish and prawns ... the one I had is with fishball and venus shell.

DiGi Green Apple - iPhone

One early morning to office ...

• When entering the office lobby, saw my CTO and CEO giving out fresh fruits ... weird thing is why green apples only. Because normally, there will be fresh fruits being served at the pantry for the staff.
• Then later, the company announced the iPhone for DiGi subscribers ... everyone was so happy and been a big topic to chat ...

• The next day, many enquiries bout DiGi iPhone package ... even the staff doesn't know what is the package like but I bet it will be much better than our competitor cause DiGi is well known to the subscriber as Love Savings, Good Quality and Cheap to the subscribers.
• Guess all the DiGi subscribers will be happy that they can own an iPhone too ...

Finally iPhone test units arrived ...

• Is not my first time playing with the iPhone as previously in Maxis, got play and test it.
• Will dump my Omnia away soon and awaiting the iPhone ...

• Detailed testing in progress to provide the best quality and usage to DiGi subscribers ...

• One word, iPhone 3Gs is so damn cool ...

• Got an letter invite for this exclusively preview for the Verve Suites owners ... I was so busy with my work till I forgotten to submit my invite acceptance.
• With the friendly service, I called up my sales person Ms. Rachel Ho to make reservation via phone ... she so happy to reserve for me.

• Brought Dylan to go and see cause he likes swimming pool a lot ... shucks, din know got light refreshment served ... the food was not bad thou ...
• I arrive there bout 12pm and it was getting packed with people, lots of kwai lous and japs people ... After my lunch, it's time to walk and view the new Hypercubes lounge at Vibe Tower's (Block B).

• I must share with u the high-tech of this dining area ... the roof on top is re-tractable ... u can have a open sky view during the night ....

• The kitchen concept is my dream ... I wish to built this at my home ... yeah, in my dreams.

• WOW, this is my fav area ... got foosball and pool table ... both also my favorite game ...

• When I enter into this room, I was wondering ... wat area is this ... then was told it was a Spa pool facility .... wahsei ... this is a nice place for me to relax ... a private room with sofa and big lcd tv screen ...

• Below is the spa pool for two person ... yeah, Dylan can squeeze in between ... kekekeke

• With all the facilities ... I just can't wait to get my keys in 2012 ... too bad, I not able to enjoy those facilities yet ... but a very good news to Block A and B owners ... geeeee
• Hope this will increase the property value and rental ! Heard the sales and rental was good hehehe ...

Petronas has discovered a huge tract of oil reserves that could significantly reduce oil prices

• With my white horse civic ....f or a RM 90 full tank and runs for 480 km distance ... it is quite costly for me. A week cost me RM 90 and a month cost me RM 360!

  KUALA LUMPUR: Petronas has discovered a huge tract of oil reserves that could significantly reduce oil prices, claimed former Petronas chairman Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah.
  “I was told it is the biggest oil field this part of the world, and enough to depress oil prices,’’ he told a forum titled “Oil Royalty: A Constitutional Right?” yesterday.
  
  The forum was organised by the Bar Council to discuss the constitutional aspects of the oil royalty payment.
  
  Razaleigh said it was the prerogative of the Prime Minister to give Petronas the green light to start extracting oil from the newly-discovered field. He hoped part of the earnings would be channelled to a national heritage trust fund for the future generation and that Petronas would manage the resources well.
  
  “We hope there is no ‘leakage’, and the money goes back to the people,’’ he added.
  Razaleigh also hoped misunderstandings over the law pertaining to oil royalty payment to Kelantan would be resolved soon, adding the Government should be advised properly.
  Meanwhile, another panellist, Datuk Dr Shad Saleem Faruqi, said parts of the Petroleum Deve­lopment Act were unconstitutional.
  
  “For example, if oil is found inland, it is unconstitutional for the federal government to stake claim on it. But according to the Act, it gets 5%, which is unconstitutional,” he said.

TMM Appreciation Lunch @ Restoran Bei Ping, Shah Alam

• Alright, another late entry post about tis event since last month ago ... many pending old post at my end ... feel like one time blog all about it.
• Anyway, this restaurant is very famous for Digi staff to have team lunch or events at this restaurant ... cause the price is reasonable and the food are good.

• Oh yes, this chinese restaurant is HALAL ... thanks to Miz Azlen for recommending and organized the lunch at this restaurant for us ...
• You can say that this is my first lou sang dish with my SP team members ...

• Move on to the food ... it is a 8 course meal and will show you their dishes served.

• The fish was real fresh and the meat is soft and nice to swallow into your mouth.

• Very typical chinese 8 course dishes right ... after makan half way, lazy to take pics instead chit chat with my colleagues ...

• Digi really make me gain weight a lot till Yve complaint bout it ... she saw the size of me when me in Maxis and now in DiGi .... she said i look so round now .... darnnn.
• ANyway, thanks to the TMM gang members ... we did a great show ...

Kelvin Open House Visit

CNY Gathering with my buddies and Kelvin Open House visit ...

• Ok, I must say that CNY been overdued for very long time back ... but I need to post this up and share with u all ...
• It can say a babies and kids gathering and ang pao giving session ... of course it is Dylan first time to receive his ang pao for this year CNY ... he can gong xi gong xi to people and ask for ang pao ...

• Before we went to Kelvin's house at Valencia, Sg. Buloh ... we went for dinner at Restaurant Mei Keng at Bandar Puteri Puchong after house visit to my place, Ah Bond and Fui Ling house.
• We like the food there and it is our second gathering at this same restaurant but with different restaurant owner this time.
• I love their pork ribs very much!! tasty and jeng....

• We order a very normal chinese dishes cause got kids to makan too ...

• Of course after makan, we head to Kelvin house directly to tour his new house.
• Most importantly, is the happy moment for me is can Open Table and drink liquor ...
• Made a quick $$$ from BJack ... before need to ciao early when Dylan starts to get cranky ...

• With that ... I hope my next year CNY, can have more open table and mahjong ... shucks, cant believe this year CNY, I did not play mahjong at all ...

DiGi Project SiNeck Team at Nyonya Imperial restaurant, Bandar Puteri Puchong

Me busy like KennySia ...

• Kennysia might seldom update his blog due to his business ... for my case, i am busy with my work lately ... of course don't want to be like Kennysia ... kekeke. Apologize that recently I not able to blog daily ... i am tired and exhausted end of the day ... my mind is meeting and to response email only.
• One fine day, after mental torturing from internal RFP process ... we need a break ... the team decided to head for some nice food at Puchong.

• Came across my mind about this Nyonya Imperial restaurant located opposite Easy Phamax which they are the owner as well for this restaurant.
• I recommended the team to this restaurant since all of them are first timer ... very nice exterior from outside and inside.

• I like their staircase design ... very good place for gathering!

• Let me introduce you my capable project team members ...

• They are the persons behind the success of the project RFP ... hope we can move to the next phase soon!

• The food we have ordered ... din manage to take all the foods we have ordered but just wanna share with you some of the foods we had.

• Jas ordered the claypot chicken rice (pic above) ... maybe my next food item for me to order during my 3rd visit.

• We had fried seafood taufu and some side dishes ...

• The fried lobak was normal nia ...

• The fried wan-tan-hor also taste normal to me, nothing special except for their food presentation.

• Our next major makan session will be upon IC approval ... we can makan something bigger to celebrate!

My New Honda Car

My good old wife ... Iswara ... good bye ...

• Been 10 years driving this year 1996 Proton Iswara ... as the 3rd hand owner of this car, this car never fail me at all thru out the 10 years.
• Finally, it is time for me to say good bye and seriously, I feel sad when I sold her off to a second hand car dealer ...

• Like chinese always mention, if old one don't go, new one won't come ...
• Yve know how I wanted to drive and own a non-local made car ... finally, my wish came true after months of waiting.

Let me introduce my White Horse ... Civic 1.8

• I like this name - White Horse ... is not think by me actually but my buddy Mr. Loke who teased me in fact ...saying, when your White Horse arriving ... then I thought of H-Honda = Horse and is in white color ... this is how my Civic got her nickname.

• I love my number plate number WTQ, thought could never get it cause that time my sales person calculate from the date I order, he assume that the plate should be WTP.
• I like WTQ cause it bring the meaning of TQ = Thank You ...

• So far, I love everything of my new car, it feels comfortable like driving a beemer ... the audio is superb and manage to drive to Melaka over the weekend ... 150 km/h at 3000 rpm at final gear was still good ... but when reach @ 160km/h it was a bit shaky but not able to test the top speed as the highway is congested ...

• After survey many tinting brands and get feedback from friends and read comments from forum ... mostly people recommended V-Kool Elite.
• Thou is pricey but many people mention is worth for what you are getting and I wish to give a try ...

• The Wrego Sales Manager made a booking for me on that day as I last minute decided to let Wrego Honda to do my car tinting.
• I drove all the way to V-Kool HQ office at Petaling Jaya to do the tinting ... I know it is cheaper to do V-Kool tinting at outside compare do at V-Kool cause they will charge V-Kool Elite at RM 2.6k

• The workmanship was good and after been a week using it ... me and yve find it very good ... the car get cools very quickly in seconds ... no regret and really worth the money ... main thing is approved by JPJ!
