Tirta Empul Temple - Tampak Siring Temple @ Tampak Siring Village, Bali

Beautiful Temple view in Bali ...
  • This is my second re-visit to this beautiful temple in Bali. My parents in law love love this place a lot. You will know why they like this place a lot ...
  • Tirta Empul Temple or Tampak Siring Temple is a holy spring water temple located in Tampak Siring Village, Gianyar regency and it is about 39 km eastwards from Denpasar town.

It is set in the dale and encircled by the hill. In the west side of this temple, there is an Indonesian President palace which has been found by the first president.

Love this marvelous grand arch entrance ...

Took a close up shot of the living grass grow on the arch ...

The holy tree ... gated and protected so the visitors not able to touch it ...

The pathway ...

My parents in law love this lake a lot and looking at the koi fishes swimming peacefully there ...

Love the rumpai a lot ...

The holy lake ... cannot throw coins at all as below is the volcanic gas bursting out ...

Local people performing their prayers ...

People taking the opportunity to cleanse themself with the holy water ...

Offerings with money stack on top ...

Practising my photography shot to take the smoke from the incense stick ...

Love this shot a lot ... very natural flow of the smoke from the incense stick ... what do you think?

Feeling hungry after the long visit at this temple ... the driver introduce us one of their local food - Tahu Lipat ... cost 5k rupiah money only which is RM 1.30 per plate ... how cheap is it

Yve gave a try and we love it so much ... we ordered another plate of it ...

Yummy Tahu Lipat ... local Bali food ...

We bought their sweet corn also 3k rupiah which is RM 0.90 cents ...

After the visit at Tirta Empul Temple, we went to visit Mount Agung, an active volcanic mountain ... too bad, it was raining heavily and not able to take nice pictures at this place.
  • Hope you enjoy my bali trip pics ... have a nice weekend. I am at Melaka now to celebrate Father's Day with my dad-in-law.
  • Happy Father's day to all daddies out there ...
