Car Tinting by Carekool

Not V-Kool but CareKool ...
  • Let me share with you why you should tint your window:-
    1. Your interior can be cooler during those hot days with proper tinting.
    2. Harmful UV rays from the sun can cause skin cancer. Tinting your window can block 99% of these damaging rays.
    3. In an auto accident, tinting can help shattered glass hold together, protecting the occupants of the car.
    4. Tinting reduces dangerous glare from the sun, and other headlights, helping you drive safety.
    5. Tinting protects your privacy and contents within building. What a burglar can't see, he won't steal.
    6. Harmful UV rays and heat cause car upholstery to crack and fade. Car tint is sunscreen for your car & home.
  • Decided to tint my whole car. Took the CK-V-Plus (RM 800) and CK EX75 (RM150) for windscreen.
  • I manage to get discount after negotiation for RM 750 ... not a bad deal I would guess.

There is a lot of price range and I took the middle one...the most expensive one is RM 1800.
  • I was properly brief by the Sales Manager - Iris which she is the Director of the Company itself ... consider Lady Boss.
  • She was really giving a service with a smile and she knows the details of it. She even inspect my car thoroughly before handing the car keys to me.
  • The warranty was 5 years for any damages and no labour charges impose if got any problem with the tinting.

Lots of customer lining up for the car to be tinted, very good business it seems .... luckily I was the 3rd customer and took my car 2 hrs to finish it.
  • It was so cool to drive during a hot day as I still feel cooling and do not need to wear my sunglasses at all.
  • Oh yeah, the workmanship is superb ... no bubbles at all cause they do it in a closed air-cond environment.

I agree with tinting!
But for UnkaLeong's new car, he did a double chk with JPJ on the level of tint he has chosen (which the sales rep says its within acceptable %) and found out it wasnt!
So luckily he chk'ed!
U might want to do the same?

i absolutely understand that by tinting the window, the hot sun doesn't seem too much of like a threat to melt us down. and its really worth the money.

Erm, just curious. What's the standard % of darkness allowed to be tinted on the rear windows?

WOW, must be cooling inside when driving in it. The price is reasonable for the workmanship and the quality you are going for.

Thought Kelisa and Kenari should be below RM 600 for tinting but depending on what grade you are going for.

Hi bro,

Are you still using CareKoool? Actually, i'm planned to use it too, and after making some consideration and shortlisting of many products,, I found CareKool is the best in term of specs and pricing. And the best part is, I'm also plan to use just the same config as yours which is CK v-plus and add another RM150 for front windscreen. The offer now is RM600, includes charge to remove my old tint. I went to Kepong, Rawang and Damansara branch, and each of them are having similar attitude towards their customer - friendly. Not likes other tinted vendor, they are more frankly when say anything about their product range. Meaning they are talking about advantage and disadvantage. Kinda humble. I believe beside choosing good tint, quality of workmanship must come first with aftersales service especially IF we got problem with our tinted film. But sadly, there are not much review about CareKool user in the internet.

So, if you think CareKool is very satisfied, please convince me for my final decision making,...hehe.

Tinting also gives you a sense of privacy in a way that you are not too exposed to other passers.
